Sales Experience Manager (Costa Mesa, CA)
Lead development of client relationships by creating memorable moments for clients & boutique visitors. Drive sales & care service team to achieve or exceed sales targets & KPIs. Assess local market opportunities to implement sales strategy. Partner with Boutique leadership, & team, on CRM efforts such as client outreach, data capture, repurchase rate. Lead & promote networking activities. Develop Prestige Partnership strategies. Ensure fluidity of operations and support boutique management with controllable operating expenses. Monitor, analyze & recommend action plans to optimize controllable costs. Prepare sales reporting & analysis including monthly reports. Motivate & support boutique staff. 10% domestic & international travel required.
Salary range: $134,000 - $140,000.
Requirements: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related & 3 years experience in position offered or related, including 3 years experience with: retail management of luxury goods in international markets; analysis of business trends & needs to create & implement strategies that including traffic & sales opportunities; training, coaching & inspiring team members in sales techniques, products, & services & develop team management skills; lead & develop client relations by creating elevated & bespoke moments for clients solidifying relationships & brand loyalty; ensure operational efficiency & profitability thru controllable costs & inventory management.
