This school year is quickly coming to an end and Mt Zion Schools are looking for a few good individuals to join our transportation staff as drivers. Now is the time to start your training so you will be ready for the 2023-2024 school year. Applicants must be able to pass a physical, drug screen and background check. We will pay you $15.00 per hour while we train you and then $18.50 per hour after July 1st once you obtain your Class “B” CDL. Our drivers are guaranteed 4 hours per day on school days plus the opportunity for sports/field trips. You will also receive sick time and personal time along with paid holidays that fall on school days after 90 days, and enrollment in IMRF retirement.
