IT Operations Manager (Accenture LLP; Irvine, CA): Provide outage resolution support and restoration of services, including driving process improvement around existing support processes and removing any support roadblocks, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing operational support, and ensuring production application systems are online and available within defined service level agreements. Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs. Multiple Positions Available.
