Responsibilities

The National Security Agency is looking for Logistics Customer Service Representatives and Logistics Services Officers to perform a wide range of logistics services for the customer, that could entail a myriad of tasks from vehicle management to providing statistical data, data entry, answering routine queries, inventorying property, marketing an event or new service, or addressing complex policy concerns within the Receipt & Shipping, Property Management, Cafeterias & Civilian Welfare Fund, and Transportation & Travel areas of responsibility.

Specific responsibilities could include, but are not be limited to the following:
-Manage NSA worldwide vehicle assets, to include the administration of funds for procurement and maintenance.
-Manage, maintain, and oversee assigned property accountability process and centralized database.
-Initiate and execute all travel needs in association with official travel performed in support of the NSA mission.
-Provide cafeterias and morale and welfare services support to the Agency workforce.
-Perform receiving functions related to inbound shipments of materials received by the Agency, which includes unloading trucks, inspecting material for damage, reviewing paperwork, and in-checking materials.
-Interact directly with CONUS and OCONUS customers, act as point of contact for any questions, status updates, complaints, concerns, etc. regarding any logistics function.
-May be involved in contracting activities, to include assignment as a Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COR/COTR).
-Assist Agency employees with commuter and ridesharing options and parking, as well as official local travel requirements.
-Provide support for all shipments, excess, and storage, and acknowledge all deliveries of accountable-property, and update information in the centralized database to maintain database integrity.
-Perform statistical and graphical analysis on various aspects of resources management such as on the rate of execution of funding, size and cost, and success in obtaining appropriations for new program requests.
-Ensure materials, personal property, real property, and/or equipment are accounted for during the various phases of material handling and physical inventory cycles.
-Provide superior customer service support to Agency customers.
-Perform on-the-spot troubleshooting and decision making.
-Develop and complete spreadsheets; monitor statistics and formulate them into spreadsheets.

Qualifications/Experience

Salary Range:  $23,547 - $58,428 (Entry/Developmental)

Entry is with a high school diploma or GED and no experience.

Experience in working with basic office resources (e.g., e-mail, web browsers, word processors, and presentation graphics), administrative tasks, and/or customer service is desired.

Salary Range:  $54,972 - $71,467 (Full Performance)

Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Degree in Business, Logistics, or Facilities Management is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Relevant experience must be working with basic office resources (e.g., e-mail, web browsers, word processors, and presentation graphics), administrative tasks, and/or customer service. Experience in IC/DoD and/or experience in logistics or facilities occupation is preferred.
